Lawrence Hill Reading in Beaufort

Author Lawrence Hill will be discussing his novel, Someone Knows My Name, at 2 p.m. March 27 in the Beaufort Branch Library. Participants will be able to listen to excerpts from this historical novel partially set on St. Helena Island. Someone Knows My Name was one of Amazon.com's Top 100 books of 2007 and has been recently nominated for the 2008 Commonwealth Writer's Prize. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
